Design reviews utilizing full 3-D models allow everyone involved in the development of our designs to readily visualize and understand the application and function of the equipment. Technical Services, Inc. utilizes the newest CAM software and our large CNC department to manufacture equipment in the most efficient manner possible, providing sophisticated solutions at an affordable price. Technical Services, Inc. has in-house inspection facilities including an environmentally controlled inspection room with coordinate measuring machine, laser measurement and optical comparator. Technical Services, Inc. performs extensive run-off and qualification on all of the machines we build. Technical Services has the capability to inspect and complete machine qualifications ensuring our equipment performs to our customer's specifications when it is installed, eliminating the frustration of proving out the equipment and process in the production environment.
